* Note: freezer unit to be replaced as not in proper working order
* Note: staff to wear proper attire and hair protection
* Food Safe Level 1 required for staff to ensure proper coverage; complete by end of February 2020
* Sanitizer was being set up and at 200 ppm chlorine concentration; provide adequate sanitizer at all work stations
* Hot-holding pizza was 60'C/140'F or hotter
* Note: improve on cleaning/maintenance as well as organization to reduce risk of cross contamination
