The floors are also cleaned every night. Corrective Action(s): Continue following the recommendations of a pest control company and continue daily cleaning to remove food debris and syrup buildup. Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. The dishwasher reached > 71 C (75 C) at the plate level. Temperature records are up to date. Coolers and freezers are monitored electronically and the dishwasher is checked manually. The ice machine was clean. Quats sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm. General sanitation was satisfactory.
