Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Chlorine sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. QUATs dispenser and spray bottles measured at 200ppm. Under counter coolers, walk-in coolers, milk compartment, ice cream compartment measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer, walk-in feezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher. Burger condiment electronically time tracked. Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Facility overall sanitation satisfactory. No signs of pests observed. Overall, facility is well organized.
