Follow-up inspection conducted to verify sanitation. Facility has been deep cleaned. Overall sanitation has been improved significantly. Cooler shelves, hard to reach areas, ventilation hood grills, faucets, sinks, mop sink area are in better sanitary condition. NOTE: Maintain sanitation logs to routinely clean and sanitize hard to reach areas. Hand washing sink is accessible and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels. 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available and in use.
