Observation: Ambient air temperature of the pizza assembly cooler was measured at 10C. Temperature log shows that the temperature of this cooler was at 4C this morning and last night.
Corrective Action(s): Monitor the cooler temperature. If required, contact a technician to fix the unit. The cooler must keep foods at or below 4C. Correct this by: Feb 17, 2022

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
QUATS sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips (dispenser and spray bottle).
Coolers measured at 4C or less (see an exception in the violation section).
Freezers measured at -18C or less.
3 compartment sink used for manual dishwashing.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
