Observation: Prep cooler at 8C with probe thermometer. Repair person came yesterday however cooler is still not at 4C and food was put back into cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust/repair cooler so it maintains 4C. Thermometer in cooler is not accurate. Two probe theremometers used and both said 8C, operator's theremometer says 4C/40F
Do not use cooler until inspector has done a follow up inspection and verified cooler is at 4C. Correction order written.
