Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a dirty metal insert housing two scoops and a mixing spoon that were used at front counter. Ensure mixing spoons are kept on ice and scoops are housed in a clean insert.
Ice machine requires inside the unit
Hand washing sink in the kitchen requires cleaning & sanitizing - especially at taps

Two coolers not operating at 4C (1 Walk-in & 1 undercounter cooler)- however, they are only housing non-perishable items and there are sufficient coolers to house perishable items.
All other coolers maintaining 4C & equipped with thermometers

Dishwasher tested at 75.3C at plates surface during rinse cycle
