Observation: * Cheese was found uncovered in walk-in cooler under a box and not protected from contamination. This is not acceptable storage practice. Food to be covered in storage and protected from contamination. Also, non-food and food equipment being stored together and this is unsanitary. Food/food equipment to be stored away from non-food stuff and protected from contamination
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL food covered in storage areas and protected from contamination. Also, reorganize ALL storage areas so that food/food equipment stored away from non-food stuff and protected from contamination

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Food handler on site was found not wearing proper hair protection or proper attire. Food handler addressed this immediately
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL food handlers wear proper attire and hair protection while handlling food. Note: Also reminded staff to wash hands frequently through out day, before and after handling food
