Handwashing facilities maintained - warm water supply, stocked liquid soap and papertowel dispensers. Premise sanitation is satisfactory. Professional pest control service in place. No signs of pest activity observed. High temperature sanitizing dishwasher 74 C achieved. Wiping rags in use stored in dilute bleach sanitizer (100 ppm chlorine) 2 hour timer systems in place for room temperature storage of small and large size bubble tea pearls - pearls cooking at time of inspection.
