Observation: Duct tape noted through out facility - covering holes in walls, ceiling and used to repair damaged equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all materials in the facility are smooth, durable, easy to clean and non-absorbent. Duct tape is an acceptable temporary solution but not a permanent solution. Repair/replace damaged equipment and properly fill/cover gaps in walls and ceilings. Remove / replace duct tape.

**Ensure no grease laden vapors are generated while cooking on the open domestic stove as no commercial ventilation or hood fan is available to capture and or remove these vapors from the facility. Grease laden vapors are flammable and are a fire hazard. Proper ventilation and fire suppression may be required as per City of Burnaby Fire Dept to control any possible fire hazard. Ensure proper precautions while cooking with current equipment.
