Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Quats solution was at 200 ppm All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot holding was > 60 C. Temperature records were up to date. The dishwasher reached 75 C at the plate level during the final rinse cycle. No evidence of pests, pest control report available on site. General sanitation was satisfactory
