Cleaned food utensils stored in a sanitary manner, away from tools and nonfood related items. Metal can has been removed from woks. Newspaper and cardboard have been removed from food contact surfaces. Food items have relocated off the floor. Food containers properly covered in walkin cooler. Pest control service hired to address ant infestation. Maxforce ant bait applied within premise. No ant activity observed at time of inspection. walkin cooler 4 C Note: Food safety plan and menu are to be revised. Until ice machine is installed, cooling procedures are to discontinue. Food items are to be conducted using a cook / serve or cook / hot hold / serve manner. Closure order complied with and now rescinded, premise may re-open.
