2) container of meat marinating at room temp stored back of kitchen
3) container of chicken soup at 7 Degrees Celsius stored in double sliding cooler

1)- pail of garlic oil was discarded. do not store garlic oil at room temp in order to prevent growth of toxins
2)- discontinue room temperature marination, marinate foods in the cooler
3)- cooler was adjusted to 4 Degrees Celsius

- clean /wash and sanitize the equipment noted above. Meat grinder needs to be cleaned every 4 hours or after each use.
