Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CQ4SZD:

Dishwasher registers 86 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle. Monitor final rinse temperature gauge and ensure it is reading at or above 82 degrees C before running a load.
Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Preparation cooler (right) serviced. Inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Lower section at 0-3 degrees C.
No soiled cardboard used to line the floors in the kitchen.

Reminder to clean premise on a regular basis.
