Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (Significant build up of grease on two fans used for cooling cooked food items. )
Comments

Follow up inspection to report DSOG-ASWTWU.
- Operating permit is now posted on the wall. The operator stated that he will obtain a glass frame to store/post the permit.
- The cooling fans used for cooling hot food items are now clean. Recommended the operator to replace the old fans with new ones.
- All handwashing stations are now stocked with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- General sanitation has improved. Please implement regular cleaning schedules (ie. daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal).
- Plastic milk jugs are no longer being used to store sauces or other food items. Note: Plastic milk jugs are meant for single use only.
- Most food items are stored covered with proper lids or plastic wraps.
- Tongs are stored outside food containers, not directly in the food items.
