White large ice scoop stored directly on top of the ice machine which was collecting dusts. Corrective Action(s): Do not store ice scoops in the ice machine. Violation Score: 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: All 3 coolers noted at above 4 deg. C.
