Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoops noted in the ice machine. White large ice scoop stored directly on top of the ice machine which was collecting dusts.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store ice scoops in the ice machine.

Observation: All 3 coolers noted at above 4 deg. C. Cooler under the drink station and cashier accumulated large amounts of ice building up.
