Inspection conducted after initial inspection. Fraser Health Permit to operate was issued on July 18, 2022. Operator has not yet started food preparation. All outstanding items from previous inspection have been corrected and submitted. Hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold water Walk in cooler is below 4C Chest freezer is at -18C No food stored on site Food contact sanitizer achieves 100ppm in spray bottles High temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level. No signs of pest activity
