-General sanitation- good. -Hand sink is available in processing area for hand washing & supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. -Chlorine sanitizer is available for food contact surfaces and is measured at 100 ppm chlorine residual. -Storage - satisfactory (off the floor). -Utensils/equipment stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection. -Three compartment sink is available. -Pest control measures are in place. No evidence of pest activity is note. -Staff washroom is clean; hot/cold running water and liquid soap and paper towels - available.
