Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection bar glass washer registers 0ppm chorine during the final rinse cycle.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all glassware is washed, rinsed, and sanitized with 50ppm chlorine in the bar glass washer. Operator refilled bulk sanitizer bottle. Rewash all glassware.
