Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AQNSA2: Back area thoroughly cleaned and organized. 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use in back kitchen. Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle at front area well over 200ppm in concentration. Reminder to dilute 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. Ingredients for salad stored in lower section of preparation cooler and walk in cooler. Floor plans for Unit 207 (extra seating only) received from operator. No issues or concerns at this time.
