- Temp all coolers and freezers are satisfactory <4 oC and <-18 o C
-Temp hot holding >60 oC
-Surface sanitizer Quats >200 ppm
*** Ensure staff belonging is kept separate from food or food contact services- behind door and wall are designated areas
*** Staff to change to their uniform once they get to the facility not at home
*** Storage room downstair: clean , organize , put everything on shelf at least 6 " off of floor
*** Ensure to keep log sheets ( temp monitoring for all coolers , freezers, hot holding at least twice daily, sanitizer level at least once daily) keep records on site.
*** Ensure to have FS trained staff on site at all time (for each work areas - front, back)
No objection to re-opening- obtain approval from other agencies as required.
