Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # MFAD-B96P93 of Feb-07-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: sanitizer jug at dishwasher empty Correction: ensure dishware is sanitized using "third" compartment method as discussed with staff (clean dishware in dishwasher and then immerse in bleach solution 100ppm for 2 minutes - hot water and bleach (1once per gallon water), allow to air dry). Alternatively you can use only disposable utensils until sanitizer restored to dishwasher. Code 302 noted on Follow-Up inspection # MFAD-B9DPWA of Feb-14-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Sanitizer jug empty at dishwasher Correction: Discussed on the phone with owner - use only disposable cups, utensils until sanitizer jug replaced and sanitizer provided to final rinse.
