Observation: sanitizer jug at dishwasher empty
Correction: ensure dishware is sanitized using "third" compartment method as discussed with staff (clean dishware in dishwasher and then immerse in bleach solution 100ppm for 2 minutes - hot water and bleach (1once per gallon water), allow to air dry). Alternatively you can use only disposable utensils until sanitizer restored to dishwasher.
