Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Some packaged sprouts were stored in the drink cooler in the cash bar area. The cooler temperature was 11 degC.
Corrective Action(s): Donot store sprouts or any other PHF's in this cooler. Storage of non-PHF's like pop is okay.

Comments

-Hand sinks are fully equipped.
- All freezers -18 Degrees Celsius or lower.
- All coolers 4 Degrees Celsius or lower.
- No pest activity observed.
-200ppm bleach sanitizer is available for use in a spray bottle.
-Dishwasher wasn't in use at the time of the inspection. Due to takeout/delivery model, operator washes dishes in the sink and only sometimes uses the dw. Discussed proper manual dishwashing procedures.
-Provided covid-19 Bulletin to operator.
-Report reviewed but not signed.
