Handsinks and washrooms supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel
50ppm chlorine present in dishwasher rinse cycle to sanitize dishes
Bleach sanitizer solution present in labelled spray bottle

Temperatures of coolers, freezers and hot holding were acceptable:
-prep cooler 4 C
-glass door cooler 3 C
-fridge/freezer 4 C/-14 C
-white upright freezer (fries) -14 C
-Back freezers -14 C and -18 C
-walk-in cooler 4C
-hot holding was >60 C White rice 64 C, brown rice 65 C
Thermometers present in coolers and freezers to monitor temperatures.

Food in coolers was wrapped, covered to protect it from contamination. Raw meats were stored away from ready to eat items
***Ensure all light bulbs are shatter resistant or have protective covers in place
***Walk in cooler bulb cover missing - install cover
No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection. Pest control contract in place
Screen door in place at back entrance to kitchen.
