Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Oysters on display are not fully covered with ice.
Mussells stored on the left side of the 3 door prep cooler are not being kept below 4 C (40 F) - air temperature of unit is 7 C (45F) and food temperature is 45 F.
Corrective Action(s): BCCDC recommends that oysters on display be kept covered with ice.
Ensure that the mussells stored in the 3 door prep cooler are supplemented with ice. All potentially hazardous foods must be kept at 4 C or colder. Keep upper lid closed as much as possible. Lid was closed and mussells covered with ice during inspection.

Observation: The floor of the walk in cooler and the hallway floor are in poor condition and difficult to clean.
Corrective Action(s): The walk in cooler and kitchen floors must be even, in good condition, and easy to keep clean.

Observation: Two door prep cooler (Beverage Air) is empty and air temperature is 14 C.
Three door prep cooler is only keeping food at 7 C (44-45 F) on the left side of the cooler. Right side air temperature is at 8.5 C.
Commercial dishwasher maximim temperature measured inside the machine is at 115 F ( 46 C).
Corrective Action(s): All coolers used to store potentially hazardous foods must be able to keep them at 4 C / 40 F or colder.
Commercial dishwasher specifications (as labelled on the machine) requires a minimum wash temperature of 120 F.
