Comments

-Follow-up inspection to July 6, 2017. -Facility has been serviced by Abell Pest Control - report states no live cockroaches were found at the time of inspection (live cockroach on glue board was found at the time of inspection). Pest control technician placed cardboard tin cats in the kitchen and applied cockroach bait. -To prevent further pest infestation, all potential entry points into the facility are to be sealed and facility is to be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all time. -Handwash station taps have been repaired and handwash stations were supplied with hot and cold running water. -General cleaning has been carried out in the kitchen. A few droppings were still found in the bar area. Clean and sanitize remaining droppings and monitor for further pest activity. -Conditions of the Public Health Act Closure Order issued July 6, 2017 have been met. Closure Order has been rescinded and facility may reopen to the public. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
