Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CTGPLT: Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Better organization in the walk in cooler. Reminder to stored all food off the floor and to cover food to protect from contamination. Bleach sanitizer solutions (2) prepared and available for use. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use. Gravies and sauces observed cooling after being split into smaller shallower containers on shelf in back area. Manager to obtain cooling wands to facilitate cooling. Under the grill drawer cooler not in use. Pending replacement with a new drawer cooler. Shelving units on order for new walk in freezer. FRP finishing still pending. Followup inspection required.
