Corrective Action(s): Ensure that prep line cooler is fixed/repaired to maintain a temperature of 4C or below. Technician has been called and visited premises. No potentially hazardous foods to be stored in unit, until capable of measuring 4C or below.

Observation: Observed equipment not maintained in sanitary condition;
1. Ice scoop stored on unclean container,
2. Knife stored in between equipment,
3. Fries utensils stored against peeling wall paint,
4. Ice machine build-up present.
Correction: Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored in a sanitary manner to maintain the equipment in a sanitary condition. ice scoop and container cleaned and sanitized by operator during inspection.

Code 301 Corrected. Knife removed from in between equipment, wall against peeling paint refinished and ice machine cleaned.
Code 306 Corrected. Area around ventilation hood cleaned - still some areas not reached. This is an area that requires on-going and regular attention.
