Routine inspection conducted. Facility is in very good sanitary condition. The following observations were noted:

1. Temperatures (Max: 4C for coolers, -18C for freezers; Min: 60C for hot-holders)
- Stand-up freezer at -18C
- Stand-up cooler at 3C
- Prep-cooler behind cashier's counter at 2C. Cooling wells at 2C. Lid cover for cooling wells closed when not in use.
- Hot-held soups at 70C
- Hot-held patties at 62C
- Spoons for mixing drinks are stored in ice

2. Hygiene and Sanitizing
- Proper glove use was observed at time of inspection. Gloves are single-use and discarded after each use
- Handwash stations adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- 3-compartment sink actively in use. Sanitizing compartment used solely for sanitizing, contains 200 ppm quaternary ammonium compound (quats). Reminder to not use the sanitizing compartment for any other purpose
- Sanitizing pails, quats spray bottles, and sanitizing solution for drink mixer rods all at 200 ppm. Sanitizing dispenser releases 200 ppm quats
- Ice machine, mandolin, and utensils are in sanitary condition

3. Storage
- All food items elevated 6" off floor - good
- Utensils securely stored in cabinet
- Dry storage goods with their original bags stored inside pest-proof container
- Cleaning equipment and janitorial items stored separately

4. Pest Control
- No visible signs of recent pest activity at time of inspection
- Facility contracts professional pest control company to conduct monthly pest inspections. Most recent inspection dated Mar 26, 2018 did not note any pest activity

5. Administrative
- Manager on duty has FoodSafe 1. Manager's FoodSafe 1 will expire on July of 2018, ensure that it is renewed before July 2018.
- FoodSafe certificates for employees expire on May 14, 2021 - employees are aware of 5-year expiration
- Permit posted
- Temperature logs for sampled items in hot-held and cold-holding units available, last taken 1 hour ago at 2:30 P.M. Next log time at 5 P.M.
