Follow up to report MBEK-CTVUYV. High temperature dishwasher measured 73 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (required: 71 degrees C or more). Preparation cooler at 4 degrees C. Thermometer in place. Sweets cooler at 5 to 6 degrees C. Sweets cooler opened/closed frequently; may potentially be in defrost cycle. Ensure cooler returns to 4 degrees C or less. FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent course registration verified. Upon successful completion, provide copies of certificates to the Environmental Health Officer. Ensure copies of certificates are available for verification upon request. In addition, a screen door has been installed at the back receiving door.
