Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Equipment is being manually washed with soap and hot water only
Corrective Action(s): Must wash and sanitize all equipment (i.e. bowls, pots, utensils, inserts, etc).
Use the following 4 steps of manually washing:
1. Wash with soap
2. Rinse with water
3. Soak in 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer for 2 mins. ( 1/2 tsp bleach per Liter water).
4. Air Dry.

- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Wiping rags were in 200 ppm chlorine
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
