All outstanding items from previous routine inspection have been corrected except for code 311 (flooring): Small cooler by the cooking area has been serviced (temperature was at or below 4 deg C/40 deg F). Grime and debris underneath prep tables and equipment have been addressed. Mop sink area now cleaner and back storage area is more organized. Continue cleaning underneath equipment (especially cooking area - grease build up) and follow your Sanitation Plan to ensure premises is in sanitary condition.
