Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The only sanitizing spray bottle being used was empty at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Staff refilled the sanitizing spray bottle with 200 ppm quats solution. Clean and sanitize food contact surfaces again. Ensure during operations, food contact sanitizer is always available for use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One bag of frozen ham was being thawed at the 2 compartment sink without any cold running water.
Corrective Action(s): Frozen food must be thawed under cold running water or inside a functional cooler. Operator moved the ham into the cooler.
