Observation: - Several containers in upright cooler and walk-in cooler were left uncovered
- Bowls were being used as scoop and are caked with food
- Raw meats stored on same shelf as ready to eat foods or vegetables
Corrective Action(s): - Cover all containers of food stored in the coolers to protect from contamination
- Use scoops with handles and store them in a way that handle does not come in contact with food
- Oraganize the storage area to store all raw meats and eggs on bottom shelf or separate shelving unit, all cooked foods and ready to eat foods on top shelves to prevent cross contamination.

- Routine inspection conducted:
- All handsinks in kitchen and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers- upright cooler in kitchen, walk-in cooler and drinks cooler in front area are maintained at less than 4C
- Chest freezer is measured at less than -18C
- Sanitizer solution is available in spray bottle and is measured at 100-200ppm chlorine residual
- No evidence of pest activity is noted
- Foodsafe level is verified, expiry in Aug 2027

- Restaurant will offer dine in service and new dishwasher has been added. High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during final rinse at the dish level. Two compartment sink is available for manual warewashing.
