PHYSICAL FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: 11020 - CCLR s.13(2) - A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.
Observation: the were areas of the facility that need to be repairs the wall in the LAb #1 room have exposed gyprock and there are two tables in Casa #2 that are in need of repair
Corrective Action(s): please ensure that all areas in the facility are repaired as required
