Office space exceptionally organized. General sanitation and facility organization is good. Handwash stations all stocked with paper towels and liquid soap. Dishwasher measured at 77 C at plate. Sanitizer buckets etc. just changed. Main feed measured at 200 to 400 ppm. OK. cooling units less than 4 C. Freezers at minus -20 C or more. *NOTE: Under counter oat milk/creamer cooler full with rectangular containers of product, providing little room for air to circulate. Fan blocked. Measured lower shelf area at 2 to 3 C and the upper shelf area at 12 to 15 C. RECOMMEND: Leave an aisle of space at fan to allow movement of air throughout unit.
