Observation: Prep cooler and the gasket inside has not been repaired yet. Only small amounts of perishable food is being stored here and only for a 2 hour period. Ambient temperature measured approximately 8-9°C.
Corrective Action(s): Repair prep cooler so it is able to maintain temperatures of ≤ 4°C. Repair gasket to reduce cold air escaping. Correct as soon as possible.
