Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Walk-in cooler, prep cooler and beverages cooler maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
- 3-compartment sink set up for manual dishwashing.
- QUAT sanitizer in 3-compartment sink and in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
- All food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- All food items covered and protected from contaimination.
- General sanitation and maintenance excellent.
- Staff washroom clean and hand sink fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
