Observation: Plumbing connected to bar hand sink drain is leaking.
Corrective Action(s): It was stated that technician is scheduled to address plumbing leak later this week. Ensure plumbing is repaired so that no leaks are present when sink is in use. Spilled water (if present) to be mopped promptly. Date to be corrected by: November 17, 2023.

Routine health inspection.
Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.
Freezers at -16 to -23 degrees C.
No hot holding at time of inspection.
Food is stored safely at time of inspection (raw and ready-to-eat foods properly organized).
Proper cooling practices observed.
Portioned items in walk-in cooler are covered and labeled.
Dry food storage satisfactory.
Probe thermometer available on site for internal temperature checks.
Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm (sanitizer buckets and spray bottles).
Low temperature dishwasher was measured at 52 degrees C and 50 to 100 ppm chlorine in rinse residual at utensil surface (minimum requirement: 50 ppm chlorine).
Stored utensils and equipment observed to be maintained in sanitary condition.
Ventilation canopies in clean condition. Ice machine and bins in clean condition. Scoops stored safely.
Chemicals are stored in a separate area away from food.
Temperature logs up to date.
Pest control program in place. Premises is serviced by pest control on a monthly basis. Invoice provided, however, management unable to access service report during inspection.
Note: No leaks observed under bar ice bin (in use) and two compartment sink.
