Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C. Freezers operating at/below -18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- 200ppm Quats available in buckets to hold wiping cloths. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.3'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in a proper manner.
- Foods obtained from approved sources.
- Professional pest control company contracted for a monthly inspection.
- No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.

NOTE: Front part of the facility not in use at this time, until September. All equipment in this area operating at required temperature.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory.
