Comments

All freezer (eg. displays, walk-in freezer) temperatures are less than -18c. Manual dishwashing method used. Note: Ensure that any utensils used (eg. ice cream scoops) are sanitized with sanitizer (100 ppm for bleach). Sanitizer solution (bleach) for wiping cloths is available and at concentration of 200 ppm. Note: Maintain sanitizer solution (bleach) at a concentration of 100 ppm. Handsink is available and fully stocked with paper towels, soap and warm water. Observed good hand hygiene by staff. Food Safe trained staff is available and on-site. No signs of pests/rodents at the time of inspection. Chemical stored under counters and away from food. Overall sanitation of food premises is satisfactory.
