Observation: A bag of food containers (boxes) found directly on the floor. Sweets on cooling rack (rolling type) have no cover on the top.
Corrective Action(s): Keep food containers off the floor at all times. Use cover (empty baking tray) on top of the rolling rack to protect from contamination.

Observation: Some food debris and build up observed underneath and on equipment, prep table and shelves.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean these areas to remove food debris and build up.

Observation: Kitchen ceiling tiles were stained and have debris stuck on them. Also, some of the ceiling tiles were too worn out.
Corrective Action(s): Replace ceiling tiles and ensure ceiling tiles are smooth, non-porous and light in color. Also, kitchen to be repainted.

*Dining no longer open. Part of the dining area is currently used as storage.
*Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
*Dishwasher sanitizing rinse had chlorine residual of >50 ppm.
*Walk-in cooler registered at 3 deg C.
*Walk-in freezer registered at -18 deg C.
*Food items in the cooler and cooler rack were covered.
*Karai for making sweets stored off the floor.
*Ensure to monitor for pest control.
*Food Safe I valid.
*Garbage disposal area in sanitary condition.
*Washroom stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.

Use adequate lighting in the food prep area and food storage areas. Turn on more lights in the kitchen area.
