Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): the sanitizing compartment for the 3 compartment sink was filled with 0 ppm chlorine for sanitizing. The sink was approximately 1/8 full.
Operator using lemon bleach for sanitizing
Corrective Action(s): Sink was filled with sanitizer at 100 ppm chlorine and filled high enough to submerge the largest containers used on site.
Replace lemon scented bleach with non-scented bleach. Scented bleach is not permitted for use as a sanitizer.

Observation: BOH handwash station blocked with serving trays. this handsink was missing a working soap dispenser (broken at the time of inspection)

Both FOH and BOH handwash stations do not have a paper towel dispenser. Paper towels are left on the ice machine in the BOH.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the soap dispenser for the BOH handwash station.
Install a paper towel dispenser for both handwash stations.
Ensure that all handwash stations are easily accessible and always stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water at all times.

NOTES:
-Some cleaning required in corners and along walls of the walk-in cooler. pull out shelves and clean walk-in cooler thoroughly.
-Staff on site not responsible for cleaning yogurt machines. cleaning procedure could not be verified
-Strong odour of sewage coming from BOH ice machine area; suspected to be from drain pipe for the backflow preventer. Contact plumber to address issue.
-Ice machine not in use at the time of inspection (Broken). As noted in previous reports, ENSURE THAT ICE SCOOPS ARE STORED IN A SANITARY CONTAINER OUTSIDE OF ICE WELL.
-outstanding permit fee letter delivered at the time of inspection. Operator must pay permit fee within 10 working days.
