- All hand wash sinks are fully equipped with hot / cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel

Temperature checks:
- Walk-in cooler at 4C or below
- Make lime cooler (prep area) at 4C or below
- Bins cooler (prep area) at 4C or below
- Fridge at 4C or below
- All units are equipped with thermometer

Sanitation and Maintenance:
- 3 compartment sink with approved sanitizer measured at 200ppm
- QUATS (spray bottle) at 200ppm. Test strips available on site
- Dry storage well organized
- Food is covered and labelled, and stored off the floor at minimum 15cm (6inches)
- Dedicated mop sink
- Chemicals stored separately from food items
- Staff washroom maintained in a sanitary manner
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection
- Orkin is the pest control company - last pest control inspection was done on April 13, 2022
- Garbage area clean and was covered
