Wooden pallet removed from walk-in freezer. Frozen fish in food grade bags were being stored in plastic container bins for now in the walk-in freezer (bins are for fish only, not garbage).
Manager discussed to customize metal shelving units to store fish and will have >6 inch floor clearance. No concern with this as long as the material and finishing of the shelving unit is easily cleanable, non absorbent and smooth.
Cleaning behind the cooking line has been completed.
Ceiling light has been replaced.
Gold glue traps have been replaced.
No cut cabbage left on the counter at time of inspection.
Manager has successfully refreshed Foodsafe Level 1 and has also enrolled 3 other supervisors to refresh the course as well.
No further concerns.
