Corrective Action(s): Peroxide disinfectant spray is intended for cleaning / sanitizing of nonfood related surfaces and equipment; ie. customer seating area, washroom facilities only. Discontinue using this product within the kitchen area immediately. Sanitizing of food contact surfaces and equipment is to be done using chlorine or quat based sanitizer as per Sanitation Plan.
