Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Weekly contracted pest control in place.
All coolers (walk-in coolers, prep cooler, drink cooler, etc.) measured at 4C or less.
All freezers (walk-in freezer, stand alone unit, etc.) measured at -18C or less.
Hot holding (gravy, fries, etc.) measured at 60C or higher.
QUATS sanitizer pails and dispenser measured at 200 ppm as per test strips.
Observed appropriate 3 compartment sink set up for manual dishwashing.
General food storage practice is adequate (covered, labelled, off the floor).
Ice machine in sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored in a clean empty container.
Kitchen vent hood is free of grease build up, and it is in sanitary condition.
Signature was not collected due to COVID 19.
