Observation: Rodent droppings observed throughout. Lower shelves in food preparation area had one rodent dropping.
Rodent droppings found on floor in food preparation area but especially outside of Manager Office.

Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas affected by rodent droppings. Use sanitizer solution. 200ppm QUAT or Chlorine solution

Observation: Inside of walk in cooler unit requires repainting/resurfacing as some areas are worn and or rusted.
Beverage station leaking into bucket. This is a pest attractant.

Corrective Action(s): Make plan for future of interior of walk in cooler unit. Unit will require repainting/resurfacing in future.
Ensure beverage station is repaired as soon as possible. Summer months are coming which means an increase in fruit flies. This open bucket of leaking beverages will contribute to fruit fly infestations.
