Observation: Pizza prep cooler observed to borderline at 5c in several areas.
Sink on the right side of the 3 compartment sink observed to be losing water when filled. Water leak observed under the sink on the left side of the 3 compartment sink
Heavy dust build up observed on the compresser fins on the freezer unit as well as the sandwich prep cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Pizza prep cooler may require servicing. Verify temperature once compresser fins have been cleaned
Clean fins on a regular basis ie monthly.
