Comments

- The dishwasher was under repair at the time of inspection. Switched from high temp to low temp dishwasher. Test strips are available on site.
- Handsinks are maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer bottles present at multiple locations
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units were adequate (<4C for coolers and <-18C for freezers)
- Hot holding was >60C
- More food storage in the next building. No temperature abuse or cross-contamination noted.
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
